Mô tả công việc
- To be responsible for all operational transaction for 3BR Villas (Residence Villa)
- To gather all pertinent documents related to 3BR Villas revenue (guest folio) and to ensure a reconciliation process will be done on a monthly basis to report any deviations from hotel policies and procedures
- To discharge the duties in an effective and efficient manner
- To liaise with income Audit and Front Office on all matters pertaining to the 3BR Villa transaction
- To verify and collect all room folio for 3BR villas through full cooperation with Income Audit as well as compilation of pertinent documents that
- To reconcile all 3 BR Villa folio against the monthly Room Type room revenue
- To reconcile all figures related to 3Br Villas, allocation, provision, revenue and other related transactions
- To manage and monitor all city ledger and credit card transaction related to 3BR villas and coordinate will AR Officer & Income Audit
- To monitor breakfast revenue of villa Owner & owner authorized guests stay (if they consumed or not) as those are chargeable, Liaise with F0 and Food & Beverage department, proper charges.
- To compute accurately all different locations for shared expenses such as direct costs, common areas charges and operational cost. Make sure allocations are follow & comply with 3 BR villas SOPS
- To submit all computation& allocation worksheet to General Accountant for verification & confirmation before making any system posting

- Bachelor Degree
- At least 03 year experience.
- Good at the use of Microsoft Office.
- Be good at English skills, be friendly and enthusiastic.
