Average total income: 10,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND/month
Base salary: 7,500,000 VND/month
Meal allowance: 500,000 VND/month
Night shift allowance: 30% of base salary

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and investigate account takeover alerts and suspicious activities.
Analyze compromised accounts, unusual login behavior, and security incidents.
Follow security procedures to protect customer and partner data.
Ensure investigations comply with security, privacy, and legal guidelines.
Maintain high accuracy and quality standards in decision-making.
Requirements
High School Diploma or above.
Strong interest in data analysis, fraud prevention, and security operations.
Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
Fluent English communication (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing).
Work conducted 100% in English.
Work Schedule
Work 5 days/week, 2 rotating days off.
Rotational shifts (24/7 operation), 9 hours/shift including 1.5-hour break.
