1 Quality control/ Kiểm soát chất lượng
1.1. Control standards, procedures, guidelines,... compliance in line .
Kiểm soát việc tuân theo các tiêu chuẩn, quy trình, hướng dẫn trên line.
1.2 Control in house quality/ Kiểm soát tình hình chất lượng trong nhà máy
- Stop line if necessary/ Dừng line nếu cần.
- Conduct meeting with concerned depts to resolve quality issues in house.
Thực hiện họp với các phòng ban để giải quyết các vấn đề về chất lượng trong nhà máy.
1.3 Customer claim control
- Stop line if necessary/ Dừng line nếu cần.
- Conduct meeting with concerned depts to provide quick respones, countermeasures, corrective actions & preventive action.
Thực hiện họp với các phòng ban để đưa ra biện pháp ứng phó nhanh, hành động khắc phục và phòng ngừa.
- Provide re-inspection request and inspection instruction.
Đưa ra yêu cầu kiểm tra lại và hướng dẫn kiểm tra lại.
- Make claim report/ thực hiện báo cáo trả lời laim
1.4 Line patrol/ Tuần tra line.
1.5 Check TP&4M/ Kiểm tra TP và 4M
Take part in TP/4M and complete TP/4M checksheet/ Tham dự TP/4M và hoàn thành bảng kiểm tra TP/4M.
1.6 QA meeting/ Họp QA
Take part in daily, monthly quality, APQP meeting.
Tham dự cuộc họp chất lượng hàng ngày, hàng tháng, APQP.
2 Prepare QA documents/ Cung cấp những tài liệu QA
- Make QA inspection instruction, inspection check point/Làm hướng dẫn kiểm tra, hướng dẫn các điểm kiểm chính.
- Make special inspection instruction/ làm hướng dẫn kiểm tra đặc biệt.
3 Data analysis and provide activity plan/ Phân tích dữ liệu và đưa ra kế hoạch hành động
Monitoring section target, analysis data, and provide activity plan, update, review activity plan to achieve the target
Theo dõi mục tiêu của bộ phận, phân tích dữ liệu và đưa ra kế hoạch hoành động; đồng thời cập nhật và xem xét kế hoạch hành động đó để đạt được các mục tiêu đã đặt ra.
4 New sample/ Mẫu mới
- Check first samples (Home Appliance)/ Kiểm tra mẫu đầu tiên (Home Appliance)
Yêu cầu
- Age: 25- 35
- Requires college or University degree
- Require at least 2 years work experien in qualyti control and assuarance.
- Technical skills in electronics and use electrical equipment and QA tools.
- Requires strong oral and written communication skill
- Excellent for computer,
- Good sense of teamwork & responsibility, initiative, hard working,
- Working experience in Japanese factories is preferable,
- Ability to work independently and in a team and under high pressure.
- Works under factory working conditions. Exposed to humidity, noise.
