Assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing in online content management.
Seeking online marketing opportunities and managing the company's website and web traffic, controlling OTA, website booking, and hotel reservations.
In charge of daily, weekly, and monthly reports of online and transient volume.
Develop direct and semi-direct online channels to monitor and improve the hotel's online presence.
Creative with a strategic mindset and good computer knowledge and Internet skills.
Providing support to hotels in building webpages and/or maintaining hotel information on websites.
Verifying that the website has accurate hotel information and pictures of newly registered accounts.
Updating data, inventory, website availability, special offers, and promotions for accounts' websites; providing accounts with information and advice via mail and email, including follow-ups.
Liaising with hotels to ensure that all information is up to date.
Checking statistics in the control room and following up accordingly.
Performing any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Yêu cầu
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within the hotel or resort industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Dynamic, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
Knowledge of the Hoi An - Da Nang tourism market is an advantage.
