Job Description
• Identify, develop, and expand the dealer network and acquire new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
• Develop sales plans and implement
business development and market expansion activities.
• Introduce, present, consult on, and negotiate the company products with customers.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and recommend business improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth sales and delivery processes.
• Follow up on customer payments and support timely debt collection.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.
College or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Dealer Management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, energetic, responsible, and results-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Willing to travel for business when required.
