1. Making Business plans and implementing:
a. Analyze customers, market, competitors & find new customers
b. Marketing Planning, Sales Planning , Prepare S&OP/ (BSF) for monthly and quarterly.
2. Manage revenue and customer debt:
a. Monitor debts of customers: ensure timely and accurate closing of debts.
b. Make a debt recovery plan, request payment of overdue debts
3. Drafting principles contracts, purchase and sale contracts:
Drafting, completing procedures for signing purchase and sale contracts, managing, storing, and related documents.
4. Marketing and customer care:
a. Meeting and exchanging work regularly with customers.
b. Survey and measure customer satisfaction.
c. Conduct sales activities to Customers to bring Revenue for the Business
5. Coordinate with related departments such as accounting, production, delivery to bring the most complete services to customers.
