Key Roles and Responsibilities / 主要任务/职责
1. Develop relationships with Industrial and end-users business and generate turnover for ABA Vietnam in Abrasive industry:
- Research, network, seed, & build fundamental end user base, highly focus on core segments, especially in woodworking
- Worked closely with end users and corresponding dealers to deliver sales target
- Grasp the end-users' overall perception of ABA versus competitors
- Make frequent visits at end-users to provide samples for testing, collect test results, establish trusted contacts
- Systematic approach and ability to create win-win solution for industrial customers
- Work closely with Sales manager to implement sustainable growth business for Vietnam
- Experience in Abrasive industry is preferred.

2. Reports and presentations:
- Periodically present findings of market / end-user visits
- Logically organize test results to support and convert end-users

- 定期汇报市场信息和用户拜访情况
- 有计划的组织用户产品测试,以成功开发用户为目标
Yêu cầu
1. Education / 学历
- Bachelor degree in business administration, industrial & mechanical engineering or related majors
- 经管、工业机械工程、材料相关专业大学学历
2. Work Experience / 工作经验
- >1-3 year relevant experiences, preferably in the area of industrial abrasive products and / or project businesses 1-3
- 年工作经验,工业研磨材料或工程项目经验为佳
3. Languages / 语言
- English basic.
- Chinese fluently.
- 基础的英语
- 流利的中文
4. Hardware / Software Skills / 电脑水平
- Good MS office skills especially in Excel & PowerPoint
- Office: Excel & PowerPoint
