- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
- Assist with inventory of spa products and inform guests about retail offerings.
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival at the spa.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk- in inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Provide detailed information about spa treatments, products, and promotions.
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and communicate any issues or complaints to the Spa Manager.
- Process billing and payments for spa services and retail purchases.
- Manage guest records and update the reservation system accurately.
- Schedule and confirm appointments according to guest preferences and therapist availability.
- Support in organizing special spa events, seasonal offers, or VIP programs.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a spa, hotel front desk, or customer service role.
- Diploma or higher education in Hospitality, Tourism, or relevant fields is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a relaxed but efficient manner.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a calm and friendly attitude.
- Well- groomed and professional appearance.
- Passion for wellness, hospitality, and guest care.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and booking software.
- Basic to intermediate English speaking and writing skills (other languages are a plus).
