I. HR Senior Officer-C&B
1. Follow probation, compose and follow labor contracts, annexes, decision etc.
Carry out timekeeping, payroll calculation, bonus, overtime payment, allowances, and monitor, consolidate, and report on employee benefits and HR matters.
2. Checking monthly reports of social insurance as well as social insurance payment for employees.
3. Work with authorities for insurance (submit document for employees' sickness, maternity, death, social insurance, medical insurance card, application for new social insurance book & close, finalize monthly and quarterly with Social insurance authority.
4. In charge of recording employees' information, update in control file and HR app.
5. Carrying out personal income tax (PIT) operations (including dependent registration and management, taxpayer identification number (TIN) registration, preparation of TIN registration dossiers and procedures, calculation and declaration of PIT, etc.)
6. Receive resignation information and guide employees through the separation procedures; calculate and propose appropriate settlement of employee benefits/entitlements.
7. Prepare HR report, C&B report, other reports as request
8. Propose and compose policies
9. Update regulations of the Labor Code, the Law on Social Insurance, the Law on Personal Income Tax, and other related laws, decrees, and guiding circulars within the scope of work.
II. HR Senior Officer-Recuitment
1. Receive recruitment requests from departments and analyze/evaluate recruitment needs.
2. Make recruitment plans and implement all steps of the recruitment procedure based on the company's and departments' needs as well as actual situations.

4. Identify potential candidate sources (internal and external), and utilize appropriate channels to search and screen CVs.
5. Contact candidates for online interviews, shortlist suitable candidates, and coordinate with departments to schedule in-person interviews.
6. Coordinate and organize interviews, arrange suitable schedules, participate in interviews, ask questions, evaluate candidates, and compile results.
7. Prepare offer letters, inform relevant departments to arrange necessary tools, equipment, office supplies, protective gear, etc.
8. Welcome and onboard new hires, conduct orientation training, and provide guidance to help new employees integrate easily.
9. Monitor and evaluate probation periods, consolidate evaluation results, and send them to the C&B team.
10. Build and promote employer branding. Manage the company's Facebook page, regularly update posts and images related to recruitment activities and labour relations.
11. Develop, analyse, and compile recruitment reports (e.g., effectiveness of recruitment channels, time-to-hire per position, recruitment costs).

Experience, skill, knowledge:
Qualification:
Education Bachelor's Degree major HR, Business management, Accounting or other relevant background
5 years of C&B or recruitment experience in manufacturing company
Knowledge of labour law, social insurance, and personal income tax (PIT)
Competency and other requirements
Skills
Hard working, patient
Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
Strong interpersonal skills & able to work with various levels inside /outside organization
English for work is a plus
