Mô tả công việc
1.1. Recruitment:
• Develop a recruitment plan.
- Receive recruitment requests from departments. Working with departments to understand the requirements for each position, completing the Job Description.
- Post job, search candidates, screen CV & arrange interview.
- Directly interview the candidates as assigned (workers, staffs).
- Write an offer letter to sucessful candidates or refusal letter to candidates failed.
• Create candidate resources (not interviewed, interviewed but not successful, etc.).
• Update the recruitment procedure when required.
1.2. Training:
• Prepare and send training needs survey to all departments in the company & annual training needs assessment.
• Planning and budgeting annual training.
• Monitor and implement training according to the approved training plan.
• Archive and update the training information of employees throughout the company.
• Participate in preparing and directly company orientation training, other company communicating trainings.
• Organizing and implementing inhouse training programs including:
- Preparation of teaching materials, and facilities for training.
- Collecting post-training evaluations, statistics and reporting results to HR-AD Manager.
1.3 Management of probation contracts, labor contracts:
- To monitor the probation, labor contract renewal processes.
1.4. Manage and update employee records. Update, archive of procedures, and regulations followed ISO standards.
1.5. Perform other tasks as assigned by HR-AD Manager.
Yêu cầu
Knowledge requirement/Trình độ yêu cầu:
+ University graduated (Human Resource Management, Economics, Foreign Languages ...)
+ At least 02 years of experience in recruiting and training in companies with 100 employees upwards
+ Have basic knowledge of recruitment and training, labor code, insurance...
+ Fluent in English
+ Female is preferable.

Quyền lợi
- Bonus: Bonus based on of positive profit from company business performance of previous year and 13th month bonus.
- Salary increase: Two times per year.(Jan /Base up& July/performance)
- Social welfare: Employee will be entitled regulations in compliance with Labor Code of Vietnam such as Social & Medical Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Yearly health check).
- Training regimes: Having a chance to be trained in domestic and overseas. Attend yearly conference organized abroad, and/or Seminar in domestic and abroad.
