Mô tả công việc
1.Loading master:
Prepare tank, pipeline for vessel receiving/ loading according to vessel schedule
Monitor and ensure safe berthing & mooring of vessel
Onboard pre-discharge meeting for the discharge/ loading plan with ship captain/ chief officer
Perform ship-shore safety checklist and all shipment document
Control & monitor vessel discharge / loading plan
Co-ordinate with surveyors for cargo quality and quantity control, tank gauging, slopping, sampling, calculation of cargo receiving, loading
Record, report and documentation
CCR Operator
Perform the activities at CCR: to prepare paperwork for Operation activities, to be a coordinator between other Departments, Operation Team leader(s) and Operations Manager, to control equipments from CCR upon request
Monitoring & operations of DCS of Vopak Vietnam Terminal is effectiveness and safety
Support the team leader in planning daily order
Overall monitoring of terminal activities via DCS, control room
Other
Manage and control efficiently the equipments, process and tools that are handled to operation.
Analyze, assess and report the shortcoming, unsafe of equipment, process and propose the improvement plan to operation team leader.
Manage the production area in cleaning, and suitable for operation.
Perform the activities at Jetty, Tank farms, Truck loading bay, Drumming area based on assigned schedule by Operation Team leader.
Report to Operation Team leader.
Yêu cầu
Education : College or Vocational school in chemical, electrical, mechanical engineering
At least 2 year experience in operation and production.
Knowledge and experience in working with seagoing vessel, foreign vessel, familiar with ISGOTT requirements, work in loading master role for bulk liquid product.
Experience in working with process control system i.e DCS, SCADA, ..
Ability to understand the operation objective and implement to operation performance.
Ability for production management.
Responsibility, team works, enthusiasm.
MS office is a MUST, and fluent English communication, reading, writing.

Salary Increase: Annual salary increase.
Bonuses:
Fixed Bonus: 13th-month salary.
Performance-based Bonuses:
Quarterly Incentive Bonus: Up to 1,000,000 VND.
Year-end Bonus: Up to 3 months' salary, based on individual performance and company business results.
Allowances:
Hazardous Duty Allowance: 500,000 VND.
Cost of Living Allowance: 500,000 VND.
Travel Allowance: 300,000 VND. Additionally, if required to work on a scheduled day off, you will receive extra support for fuel costs.
Lunch Allowance, Holiday Allowances (e.g., lucky money, lucky draws, etc.).
