Updating legal documents related to Company's business and maintaining legal databases for the ease of reference.
Providing legal advice to the board of management and other disciplines upon request in terms of enterprise, labour, commerce, construction, etc. pursuant to the laws of Vietnam.
Supporting counsels and management board on disputes resolutions and litigations if required.
Drafting, reviewing, commenting and negotiating legal terms and conditions of Oil and Gas project contracts, agreements, minutes of understandings, etc.
Providing legal advice based on the signed contract to project team in the course of project execution upon request.
Carrying out other tasks of Department when assigned by Department Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
Yêu cầu ứng viên:
Gender: Male
Bachelor of law, from an accredited Law university, or equivalent.
Legal experience at a large law firm/ consultancy or corporate legal department, with tasks related to drafting and working on complex business transactions (i.e. purchase, sale and distribution agreements).
Experience in quickly identifying legal issues and making on the spot risk calls or escalating as appropriate.
Able to prioritize conflicting demands from multiple business clients in an extremely fast-paced pressured environment.
At least 01 year experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
Excellent English skills (TOEIC ≥ 620, IELTS ≥ 6.5, TOEFL PAPER ≥ 525; TOEFL COMPUTER 196, TOEFL INTERNET 70 or equivalent).
Excellent writing and oral communication skills (both English and Vietnamese language).
Diligent, disciplined and able to work under pressure.
