Currently, we are looking for experts to develop, review, debug and deploy Blockchain projects based on Solidity and to strengthen our Blockchain division Protofire.
Also you will have a chance to participate in bootstrapping new blockchain or parachain networks using Rust based frameworks (i.e. Substrate, Solana).
Protofire is a decentralized autonomous organization meaning that Protofire members are working autonomously, receive profit shares monthly, and have the opportunity to contribute to the best blockchain projects.

We are the founders of Solhint

- We created our organization as a DAO, where everyone has a right to vote
- Every team at Protofire has a monthly profit shares
Team and Schedule
Now our team consists of 60+ professionals (Middle+/Senior/Lead level), divided by 9 teams.
We are a worldwide organization, we have people in Europe, LATAM, Ukraine, Israel, and the USA.
In our case, each member/user himself has the right to participate in the decision-making and management of the company and get a profit sharing (33% of profit is divided between team members).
So, your salary is fixed part + profit shares.
It's a full-time remote position.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Product Owner for DEX.
In this position, you will help shape products' functionality, features, requirements, and specifications, shepherding the development to reach the desired outcome.
You will represent the voice of the customer and the organization by delivering business value.
You will work closely with key business and technology stakeholders to define and prioritize features and stories, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals. You will also partner with members of IT to understand the technologies within your portfolio and their part in contributing to the overall end-user experience.
REQUIREMENTS
• Process inbound inventory from multiple sources
• Work in Microsoft, DEX in-house and Mack/Volvo proprietary software
• Pick and ship customer orders • Receive (counting and delivering) incoming goods to the correct destination
• Follow safety procedures when utilizing equipment
• Utilize strapping and wrapping tools to secure inbound and outbound freight
• Perform inbound and inventory counts and audits
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner
Provide mentorship to others • Assist with QC in areas as needed
• Support Warehouse Lead(s) as needed with special projects, stretch assignments and out of office coverage
• Cross-train to function in all Warehouse activities
• Support all other DEX activities as needed
