Nhân Viên Quản Lý Rủi Ro Vận Hành (TP. HCM) - Operational Risk Executive (Fintech)

Contract Review & Risk Assessment: Support the review of partnership agreements, focusing on identifying operational risk, compliance, and control-related clauses.
Risk Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze operational risk and compliance data, and prepare periodic management reports to support decision-making.
AML/CTF Compliance: Assist in monitoring AML/CTF activities, tracking data, and preparing compliance reports per regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Regulatory Reporting: Support the preparation and consolidation of regulatory reports and explanatory documents for submission to competent authorities.
Operational Risk & Incident Management: Coordinate with relevant departments to identify, track, and resolve operational incidents; ensure timely escalation of material risks.
Process & Internal Control Compliance: Monitor compliance with internal operational policies, identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and follow up on remedial actions.
Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively identify operational and process risks, assess potential impacts, and recommend mitigation measures to minimize losses.
Other Duties: Perform other risk, compliance, and operational control tasks as assigned by management.
