Thử nghiệm quy trình cho các loại nguyên vật liệu mới.
Thao tác nhận biết và phân tích quy cách sợi, chất liệu dệt.
Phân tích thông số kỹ thuật dệt.
Kiểm tra,
quản lý chất lượng nguyên phụ liệu đầu vào, biết về ngành dệt, sợi, vải.
Kiểm tra, chuẩn bị, theo dõi nguyên vật liệu làm mẫu.
Theo dõi tiến độ lên mẫu, kiểm tra mẫu dệt thử.
Cải thiện quy trình công nghệ từ ý kiến phản hồi của khách hàng.
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý.
Operate dyeing machines such as: tension dryer (tenter - stenter), fabric knitting machines (single, double), yarn winding machine, dyeing machines (lab low-high pressure dyeing machine, lab winch dyeing machine, lab rapid dyeing machine) for the R&D department.
Test processes for new materials.
Identify and analyze yarn and textile material specifications.
Analyze textile technical parameters.
Check and manage the quality of input materials, with knowledge of textile industry, yarn, and fabric.
Check, prepare, and monitor raw materials for sample making.
Monitor the progress of sample development and check trial textile samples.
Improve technological processes based on customer feedback.
Perform other tasks as required by management.
