- Support RBS Sales team for sending and collecting sales documents from each projects
- Responsible for key all RBS jobs included CertIQ and CRM steps of RBS Sales team into Salesforce system
- Collect customers' feedback: contact to all customers after service was conducted to get client's feedback
- Support Sales team to search customer's database, competitors' information, market news, standards' new requirements... to develop local market
- Routine prepare and send newsletters and information to current and potential customers.
- Support Sales team in operation tasks when holding seminar, workshop, event

Yêu cầu
- College Graduation or above.
- At least 1 year experience in administrator for Operation Department (same service industry is an advance).
- Good at English
- Good reading skill in Vietnamese and English.
- Microsoft office skills, Administrative Writing Skills.
- Good communication skills. Good multi-tasks managing, time management, Problem Solving
