Mô tả công việc
Conduct thorough manual testing: Design, execute, and document comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to identify defects and ensure the product meets quality standards;
Collaborate with the Development Team: Work closely with developers to understand the product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications. Participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings to provide testing insights;
Identify and report defects: Monitor the product's performance and behavior, identifying any issues or bugs, and communicate them clearly and promptly to the Development Team;
Regression testing: Perform regular regression testing to ensure that previous functionality remains intact while new features are added;
Test automation (optional): Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage. Experience in test automation using tools and frameworks would be a significant advantage;
Continuous improvement: Continuously explore and suggest improvements to the testing process, tools, and methodologies to enhance the team's productivity and the overall quality of the product;
Product knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the AI Voice product, its features, and capabilities to ensure effective and accurate testing;
Stakeholder communication: Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Managers, Project Managers, and UX designers, to clarify requirements and address any concerns related to testing.
Yêu cầu
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on manual testing. Experience in testing AI-driven products or voice recognition technologies would be a significant advantage;
Technical skills: Proficiency in testing methodologies, test case design, and defect reporting. Familiarity with bug tracking tools and version control systems;
Scrum and Agile: Proven experience working in a Scrum Team and an Agile environment, understanding the Agile principles and practices;
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. Capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams;
Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively;
Automation (optional): Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus;
Self-motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of testing tasks, while also being a proactive team player;
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, given the emphasis on experience and skills.
