- Kiểm tra các chứng từ và thực hiện việc nhập, xuất hàng./ Check the documents and perform the import and export of goods
- Nhận các chứng từ giao hàng, lưu và chuyển cho bộ phận mua hàng hoặc kế toán theo quy định./ Receive delivery documents, save and transfer them to purchasing or accounting department according to regulations.
- Lưu trữ phiếu nhập, phiếu xuất kho / Store import and export slips
- Theo dõi số lượng xuất nhập tồn hàng ngày và đối chiếu với định mức tồn kho tối thiểu./ Track the daily import and export quantity and compare it with the minimum inventory level.
- Định kỳ theo kế hoạch lập các phiếu yêu cầu mua hàng./ Periodically prepare purchase requisitions according to the plan.
- Sắp xếp hàng hóa trong kho đúng theo hướng dẫn của bộ phận kỹ thuật./ Arrange the goods in the warehouse according to the instructions of the technical department
- Sắp xếp hàng hóa tránh bị ướt, đổ vỡ.../ Arrange goods to avoid getting wet, or broken...
- Tuyệt đối đảm bảo quy tắc PCCC trong kho./ Absolutely ensure fire protection rules in the warehouse
- Định kỳ hàng tháng kiểm tra lại các kệ hàng./ Check the shelves on a monthly basis
- Quản lý đội nhóm nhân viên kho./ Managing a team of warehouse staff.
-Đảm bảo lưu giữ đầy đủ hồ sơ và quản lý tất cả các tài liệu để xác nhận mức tồn kho thích hợp và duy trì kiểm soát hàng tồn kho./ Ensure adequate record keeping and management of all documents to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Báo cáo kịp thời, đầy đủ, chính xác các thông tin liên quan đến công việc cho Trưởng bộ phận hoặc Ban Giám đốc (khi có yêu cầu)/ Report timely, complete, and accurate information related to the work to the Head of the Department or the Board of Directors (when required)
