CCTV Monitoring:
Operate and monitor the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems to oversee the entire terminal area.
Identify and report immediately to GEMALINK's management any security breaches, suspicious activities, or safety hazards promptly.
Security Enforcement:
Enforce security policies, rules, and regulations to ensure all personnel and visitors adhere to security instructions.
Conduct regular security patrols (day, night, weekend) within the terminal premises as needed.
Access Control:
Manage access control systems and ensure that only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the terminal.
Verify the identity and credentials of individuals requesting access.
Incident Response:
Assist HSE Department to respond to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms swiftly and appropriately.
Assist HSE Department in coordinating emergency response procedures when necessary.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents, activities, and reports.
Prepare incident reports and provide detailed information to GEMALINK's management.
Communication:
Maintain effective communication with the HSE Manager, team members, and other relevant departments.
Provide clear and concise information during radio / emails / Zalo communications.
Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure the proper functioning of security equipment and report any issues for maintenance or repair.
Manage the Enforcement Security team:
Manage, train and organize the smooth running of the team, which must maintain a 24/7 watch.
Training and Development:
Stay updated on security protocols, procedures, and industry best practices.
Participate in training sessions and drills as required.
