Mô tả công việc
To ensure that all calls received are answered quickly and that a prompt follow up is done correctly.
To answer all telephone calls promptly and politely using an appropriate greeting. To use guest name and title if known at all times. To use clear speech, manner and diction.
Handles guests needs or requests and reports complaints to Supervisor or Manager.
Assists guests with international calls and directory queries.
Records and controls accurately wake up calls.
Maintains detailed knowledge on the Emergency Response Team and workings of the telephone room in this regard

Support Guest Service Agent to update guest profie after check-in and guest's profile note when guest have priorities. To ensure all computer data input is accurate and to maintain guest history files ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Read the logbook at the beginning of shift , follow up and keep it updated during the shift.

Yêu cầu
Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Hospitality major.
At least 1 year experience at the same position in luxury hotels.
Oral proficiency in English language and excellent reading, writing skills.
Knowledge of Hotel PMS (Opera/ Protel/ Smile...) and basic skills of Microsoft Office.
Strong dealing, recommendation skills.
Problem solving skill, good interpersonal skill.
Solid organisational skills - eye for detail coupled with a strong ability to proactively identify priorities and manage multiple tasks.
Have a good physical and ability to solve problems quickly.
