Project Coordination
Prepare complete joinery shop drawings based on architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent.
Ensure all drawings comply with contract documents and project requirements.
Coordinate with
project managers to maintain drawing schedules and meet submission deadlines.
Lead the drawing workflow to ensure smooth progression from concept to IFC stage.
Technical Drafting
Produce detailed shop drawings using Cabinet Vision as per the company structure and details level requirement
Develop accurate cutting lists, material specifications, and hardware details.
Ensure joinery construction methods are correctly represented and manufacturable.
Revise drawings based on internal reviews, builder comments, and subcontractor feedback.
Builder Interface
Update drawings promptly based on RFI responses, site conditions, and design changes.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with production and assembly teams to resolve technical issues.
Provide clear documentation to support manufacturing and assembly
Identify discrepancies or risks early and escalate to senior team members.
Reporting
Attend weekly coordination meetings.
Provide progress updates on drawing packages.
Highlight issues affecting design intent, constructability, or schedule.
Strong understanding of joinery construction, materials, and hardware.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications accurately.
Minimum 3 years' experience in Cabinet Vision (required)
Ability to follow design intent while ensuring practical and buildable solutions.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple drawing packages and meet deadlines.
Professional communication skills in English.
