Multi-Team Administrative & Operational Support
Handle paperwork and coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., BD, Merchant Operations) to resolve operational issues promptly.
Manage POSM inventory and coordinate timely distribution to teams based on priority and need.
Consolidate business figures and coordinate with Finance and Sales Ops to perform reconciliation, calculation, and propose incentive payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for BD teams.
2. Sales Documentation & Process Support
Execute updates to sales materials (Sales Playbook, Guidelines, Scripts, etc.) based on standardized templates from Sales Operations.
Assist in designing and preparing materials (if required) for campaigns or specific team needs, under the guidance of management.
Ensure the latest versions of all documents are properly stored and distributed to relevant teams.
3. Multi-Team Data & Reporting Support
Update and maintain sales data for assigned teams in the system regularly (daily/weekly/monthly).
Provide direct support to sales teams (prioritizing Key Account & SME) in modifying and monitoring dashboards and reports as requested.
Verify data accuracy and assist in compiling simple reports using pre-defined templates from Sales Ops.
4. Other Support Duties
Participate in and take notes for internal sales team meetings as required.
Support other tasks as assigned by the Sales Ops Lead and
Sales Managers.
