Optimize posting formats in line with overseas user habits to ensure regular content updates.
Short Drama Cover Design & OptimizationCreate eye-catching, high-click-through-rate drama covers catering to overseas aesthetics with design tools. Professional design skills are not required; fixed templates and tutorials are provided for layout, image pasting and text adjustment. Regularly upgrade cover styles to boost video click rates.
Content Schedule ManagementFormulate and follow channel release schedules, reasonably arrange daily and weekly update frequency and control posting time. Keep detailed content records and sort out materials and release data to maintain steady update rhythm and avoid platform rule violations.
Basic Data Analysis & MaintenanceTrack core data such as video views, click-through rate and retention rate, and record operational data regularly. Summarize effective operation rules including popular cover styles and optimal posting time, report to supervisors and assist in optimizing channel operation strategies.
Daily Channel MaintenanceRegularly optimize YouTube channel homepage layout, playlist classification and profile information. Inspect videos for rule violations and reply to basic background messages to ensure safe and stable account operation.

Basic Qualification: Aged 18 or above, proficient in basic computer operation and fluent in typing.

Professional Skills: No professional video editing skills or fluent English required. Basic image processing ability is preferred. Free professional training is offered for zero-experience candidates.
