Monitor and supervise market and trading transactions and activities of clients.
Receive and handle customer requests.
Manage and address problems during the operation of the trading system.
Issue warnings and promptly report incidents posing risks to the trading system, while proposing solutions.
Receive feedback and collaborate with professional units and technology partners to troubleshoot and resolve trading system issues.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Banking or a related field
No experience will be training
Proficient in analyzing and assessing various types of risks, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving
Excellent command of English language
Ability to work in rotating shifts
