Mô tả công việc

- Developing and implementing quality control procedures: This includes creating policies, systems, and standards.
- Training and supervising staff: This includes quality control technicians and other staff.
- Monitoring production: This includes identifying areas where defects may occur and facilitate corrective actions.
- Investigating quality concerns: This includes investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Tracking and reporting: This includes tracking and reporting on quality control metrics, such as product defect rates and inspection completion rates.
- Analyzing data: This includes analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Ensuring compliance: This includes ensuring compliance with company regulations and standards
- Managing workplace safety and health: This includes ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Yêu cầu

- For work place in Thai Binh, Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, Thanh Hoa
- At least 6-10 years of experience in QC fields. Experienced with Denim is a MUST
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to interpret and analyze technical data and specifications
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
- Strong decision-making and leading abilities
