Mô tả công việc
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Working Location: Panasonic Washing Machine Factory -Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen.
- Working Time: Shift 1 (6:00 - 14:00) & Shift 2 (14:00 - 22:00), rotate weekly.
(Note: The 8-hour shift position currently does not provide company shuttle bus. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Hung Yen who can commute independently).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge of all incoming part inspection.
- Analysis quality defect, reliability defect and make defective part confirmation.
- Inform to suppliers and related departments about quality issues of incoming parts.
- Report, make analysis and give countermeasure for incoming part quality issue.
- Control part design change and 4M change in supplier.
- Update inspection guidelines, IQC working guidelines and contact with suppliers.
- Control limit sample and drawings of inspection standards.

Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATION: University & above graduated in any areas of Technical/ Mechanical Engineering.
EXPERIENCE: Have 1 - 2 years working as a QA/ QC Staff. Freshers with solid foundations and good language abilities are also welcomed.
KNOWLEDGE: Have understanding of ISO 9001, 7 QC tools, PDCA, 5S, 3TEI.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Good command of English proficiency (Equal to TOEIC of 400 & above). Japanese is an advantage.
- Good command of computer & computer-based applications.
- Able to understand and read drawing; could use measurement tools.
- Have logical and analytical thinking.
- Good problem-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work under high pressure and handle multi-tasking with good time management.
- Good team player.
