Occupational Therapist

Role Description The Occupational Therapist at Cozmo Logistics will provide on-site therapy services to employees, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and functional capacity improvement in a logistics and warehouse environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing physical and cognitive abilities, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support safe work practices and recovery from work-related injuries. The role also involves collaborating with medical professionals, HR, and operations teams to design ergonomic and wellness programs, conducting training on safe movement and task performance, and documenting progress in line with clinical standards.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and deliver evidence-based treatment plans.
Relevant knowledge of Medicine as it applies to musculoskeletal health, injury prevention, and functional assessments in workplace settings.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clearly explain therapeutic plans to employees and stakeholders.
Experience or training in Pediatrics for potential support of family-oriented wellness programs or pediatric cases, if applicable.
Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field; valid professional licensure/registration where required.
Experience in occupational health, industrial or workplace rehabilitation, or similar settings is highly desirable.
Ability to work cross-culturally in a diverse environment and maintain inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
Strong documentation, organizational, and time-management skills, with proficiency in basic digital health record systems.
