Department: Operation
Manager's position title: General Director
Job Purpose:
The Freight manager is responsible for building, managing and developing the Freight Department to enhance growth, operating capabilities and value added service to FMS's customers.
Key Accountabilities
• Monitor freight performance following the breakdown annual/monthly budget and target
• Manage the implementation of ocean product in the country to create an opportunity for revenue growth
• Establish working procedure for department to archive work efficiency and productivity
• Conduct regular meeting and review with ocean carriers to address performance and price issue to ensure company ocean product remain highly competitive with reliable service.
• Supporting Business Development team, competitive pricing and solutions. Assist sales personnel for key business opportunities with customer review and meeting.
• Provide internal training to team, upgrading of ocean personnel skill.
• Regular report to GD for ocean development, growth, shortfall, issues and initiatives, forecast, etc...
• Perform other duties assigned.

Yêu cầu
- Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree on foreign trade economic or maritime. Wise knowledge in freight forwarding and logistics field
- Experience: At least 5 - 7 years in sea freight of international forwarding company. Experience in management position.
- Specialist Knowledge & Skills: Good knowledge of customer service in freight forwarding and logistics
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Good capability of management, presentation and communication. Leadership. Excellent in English.
