Mô tả công việc
1. Overseeing or reviewing, completing and processing various degrees of OOC documentation and requirements.
2. Providing basic to more specialized analysis, evaluating all items for the OOC, ensuring accuracy in all values and collaborating with external groups to provide clearance of products.
3. Collaborating with various regional/ country Operations to obtain all certification documents and ensure compliance to global/ regional/ country policies and perform regular audits and reviews according to policies, programs and practices
4. Providing feedback and guidance, developing recommendations to resolve customers, internal, and external requirements; assists with receiving customer feedback and coordinating resources and responses as required.
5. Analyzing and reviewing OOC results, feedback and related ensuring response to inquiries, requests and clearance.
6. Ensuring the accuracy of more standard files through audits, queries, and operational reviews; works with teams to resolve discrepancies.
7. Interpreting and applying department policies and procedures and assists with applicable country laws, rules, and regulations; ensures process and operations compliance and receives guidance within these areas as needed.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
