Mô tả công việc

1. OEM Purchasing & Production Planning:
• Develop purchasing plans and place orders with OEM suppliers based on S&D team requirements.
• Update information on MOQ, lead time (LT), and OEM supply capacity.
• Monitor OEM production schedules and request adjustments when necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
2. Supplier and Quality Management:
• Maintain complete records of assigned suppliers (contracts, certificates, contact information, order history, etc.).
• Coordinate with QC and relevant departments to conduct regular evaluations and inspections of OEM factories in accordance with internal standards and HQ requirements.
• Monitor the use of raw materials at OEM sites, especially materials provided by DUC or subject to control clauses.
• Coordinate to resolve supplier-related issues concerning quality, delivery, raw materials, and costs.
3. Delivery Management and Documentation Control:
• Develop delivery and receipt plans (via sea freight/domestic transport) in coordination with relevant parties: OEM, logistics, and the Import-Export team.
• Work with the warehouse management team to optimize the allocation of goods to warehouses.
• Coordinate with shipping lines and insurance providers (if required) to book containers and arrange cargo insurance.
• Verify delivery documents from OEMs and hand them over to the Import-Export and Accounting departments on time for customs clearance and payment processing.
4. Contract Management and Payment Tracking:
• Support the drafting of OEM contracts and related appendices for orders, and prepare LOAs in the system.
• Monitor contract execution progress and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Track supplier payments to ensure they are made on time and in accordance with internal procedures.
5. OEM Product Development & Improvement:
• Act as the focal point for implementing new product development and improvement projects with OEM suppliers.
• Coordinate stakeholders-suppliers, R&D, QC, Marketing, SCM, and GP-to ensure samples, raw materials, packaging, licenses, and technical specifications are prepared on schedule.
• Oversee trial production progress, quality inspection processes, and support the resolution of any issues arising during the testing phase.

Yêu cầu

- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of 1 year in the FMCG/consumer industry is preferred.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, SCM or Engineering.
- TOEIC 650 or above
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent in communication.
- Good in teamwork and can work under pressure.
- Understanding FMCG working environment: work in fast environment and need to take decision quickly.
- Understanding Sourcing, Purchasing, SCM, Supply & Demand Planning, Logistics can be advantageous.
- Experience with company with large number of transactions, dealing with lots of data can be advantageous.
