Customer Service
Proactively track and update parcel status, answering customer inquiries via email and messaging apps.
Operate systems (CMS/WMS) to check tracking info and assist in resolving warehouse check-in errors.
Administrative & HR Support
Manage daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, and meetings.
Handle documents, contracts, and filing.
Support the full recruitment cycle: from posting jobs to screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding and maintain personnel records.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, office administration, or a generalist support role.
Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or a fast-paced operational environment is a strong plus.
Candidates must be fluent in spoken English and possess native or business proficiency in Vietnamese.
Willing and able to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-task setting.
