Mô tả công việc
- Manage Hanoi office's operations.
- Achieve and meet the sales budgets for the defined area for new and/ or existing business.
- Plan and execute sales strategies with regional sales manager.
- Monitor and co-supervise production in Northern facility.
- Co-manage the quality and logistic operation in North.
- Interview, train and coach the staffs on daily operation.
- Maintain relationship with key customers and instruct for immediate problem solving.
Report to: Deputy General Manager
Yêu cầu
- Edu.Qualification: Bachelor in Business Management, Marketing.
- Experiences: >3 years in Sales or planning or logistic management role
- Deep understanding of international Garment & Textile / logistic
- Foreign language: English fluent
- IT knowledge: computer, excel, internet
- Travelling: request on business.
