POSITION PURPOSE
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key role responsible for increasing our company's online visibility and driving organic growth. The specialist will dedicate 40% of their time to developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy. Another 20% will be allocated to project management, including coordinating efforts with external SEO agencies and internal stakeholder (Content team, ICT). The remaining 20% will focus on other digital marketing activities, excluding paid advertising operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and a proven ability to leverage data for decision-making. Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. SEO Strategy Development (40%)
- Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify relevant keyword opportunities with high search volume. Analyze search intent to tailor content accordingly.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags (titles, descriptions), header tags, and internal linking structure to align with target keywords and improve search engine rankings.
- Technical SEO: Address technical issues like site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawl errors to ensure optimal search engine indexing and user experience. Collaborate with internal ICT team to handle all website issues.
- Link Building: Develop a strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites, improving domain authority and search visibility.
- Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs to track organic traffic, rankings, click-through rates, and other key metrics. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
2. Project Management & External Partner Collaboration (20%)
- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines for SEO and content initiatives.
- Partner Management: Establish clear expectations with external SEO agencies and content creators, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners, ensuring everyone is informed and working towards common objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success, such as delays, budget overruns, or quality issues.
3. Other Digital Marketing Activities (20%)
- Marketing Automation: Design and implement automated email campaigns, ZNS, ZMS (Zalo), and personalized customer journeys to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- CMS Management: Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency with brand messaging. Implement new features and functionality as needed.
- Email Marketing: Create engaging email content, segment audiences, and track email performance to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Data Management: Collect and analyze data from various sources (website analytics, social media, email campaigns) to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and inform future marketing decisions.
- Landingpage Builder: Gather briefing from stakeholders and create effective CRO landing page which supports Performance Ads team.
4. General
- Industry Knowledge: Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of digital marketing efforts.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

- Holder of Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, marketing and communications or equivalent from relevant programs;
- Minimum of 3 years of related marketing experience required (Intensive experience in SEO is desired);
- Proficiency in English;
- Experience in education is an asset;
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and have strong analytical skills to forecast and identify digital marketing trends and challenges;
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team; and able to perform under pressure;
- Ability to convert data into actionable insight;
