Mô tả công việc

- Be responsible for managing the environmental management system, including ISO 14000/45000 and CSR/RBA requirements in the Plant.
- Act as the management representative.
- Lead auditor and reporting.
- Understand the legal safety assessment of machines before putting them into production.
- Operate wastewater and exhaust gas treatment systems.
- Manage hazardous, domestic, and industrial waste according to the law.
- Define implementation plans, internal audit and external audit plans, and coordinate their implementation.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct risk assessments, evaluate results, and drive improvements.
- Supervise suppliers for waste treatment and disposal, ensuring compliance with laws.
- Be a member of the 6S and CSR committees, executing corrective and preventive actions.
- Act as the Plant safety officer.
- Work across Plants for horizontal expansion activities.
- Collaborate with local authorities to ensure compliance with the law.
- Define training plans and deliver training to relevant employees and suppliers.
- Clearly understand personal and departmental goals to contribute to achieving quality and delivery objectives.

Yêu cầu

EDUCATION:
REQUIRED: University
PREFERRED: Environmental engineer
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED: At least 2-3 year working in manufacturing companies
PREFERRED: EIA(Environmental Impact Assessment)
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:
1. ISO14001/OHSAS001/CSR/RBA knowledge or certificate.
2. Auditing and lead auditor.
3. Safety certificate
4. On the job Training, Coaching skills and Basic management & Kaizen
5. Analysis skills, risk assessment skills
6. Good communication by English
PREFERRED:
Operation of wastewater and exhaust gas treatment systems
