Transportation Officer / Logistics Officer

1. North-South shipmen
- Monitor and update transportation status from Bac Ninh warehouse to ITL warehouse, ensuring timely, accurate reporting of quantities, container details, shipment date, departure date, and arrival date.
- Collaborate with sales teams from special channels (chain stores, EC, etc.) to discuss the quantity of goods that should be prioritized for warehousing.
- Coordinate with the import-export department to understand the inbound goods schedule on a monthly and daily basis, in order to appropriately regulate the volume of domestic imports.
- Coordinate with the S&D team to prepare goods for packing at the HNC warehouse, ensuring timely supply for Southern promotional programs.
- Monitor inventory, daily inbound-outbound plan, calculate the number of container needed to be inbound into ITL warehouse
- Coordinate with the SS team in planning the inbound delivery of finished goods to the ITL warehouse, as well as resolving any issues that arise during the transportation process.
- Send a 3-month pallet inventory forecast to the ITL warehouse.
2. Track order processing on SAP to ensure compliance with the FIFO
- Regularly monitor and review order status on the system to ensure compliance with FIFO procedures.
- Coordinate with SS team to process odd batches and old codes before moving to new batches and new codes.
- Collaborate with the Sales Planning team to handle exceptions when old codes, small batches, or outdated pricing are not accepted by distributors.
3. Internal transportation of finished goods between warehouses in the North
- Check inventory status and batch information before submitting internal transfer requests from S&D team to SS team.
- Check the quantity of goods to be transferred, ensuring it does not exceed the daily pallet limit committed to HNC.
- Review and cross-check processing expense statements with the assigned counterpart before payment execution.
4. Participate in North-South transportation contracts
Coordinate with the GP, SS team to participate in matters related to the transportation contract for finished goods from the North to the South.
5. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
