OH&S Supervisor

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
Providing employee OH&S orientation sessions and visitor Safety induction,
Support the General Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective OH&S policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the company objectives are met.
Monitor, measure and report on compliance with all HSE legislation applicable to the company's activities.
Ensuring all required training and inductions are conducted in accordance with LOSCAM's Training Needs Matrix;
Engaging in linking with other disciplines within LOSCAM to promote understanding of OH&S requirements;
The execution and awareness of OH&S procedures;
Playing an active role in investigating incidents, identification of root cause and that corrective actions carried out in a timely fashion, in consultation with the Regional OH&S Manager and General Manager;
Coordinate and provide input to the safety management committee (SMC) meetings and submit Operations/OH&S activity reports for Regional OH&S Manager as required,
Maintaining statistical records on safety training, hazardous occurrences, incident occurrence and safety inspections within LOSCAM VN. Track and provide regular OH&S performance reporting to the General Manager,
Monitoring and controlling overall Security matter for Loscam Depot with outsourced Security
provider,
Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Incident Investigation Reports and
prepare/submit lessons learned to the Regional OH&S Manager and [protected info] for promulgation to the management,
Provide Monthly Safety Reports to the Regional OH&S Manager in accordance with SEA
requirements
