Strategic Marketing & Framework Building (The Leader's Mission):
Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy from the ground up, serving as the primary driver of all marketing initiatives.
Bridge the gap between sales data and marketing creatives to build a self-sustaining growth cycle.
[Final Mission] Direct KOC / KOL Marketing (Hands-on Approach):
Direct Negotiation: Take 100% ownership of the influencer ecosystem by identifying, contacting, and negotiating directly with KOCs/KOLs-strictly without the use of third-party agencies.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain a proprietary network of creators who truly align with our brand values through persistent and personal communication.
End-to-End Execution: Manage the entire process from initial outreach and briefing to content direction and final performance measurement.
E-commerce & Digital Growth (Online): Lead store operations on platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop, optimizing everything from product listings to inventory.
Participate in planning promotional programs, flash sales, and mega sales.
Monitor and report sales performance: revenue, conversion rate, and inventory. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement online sales campaigns.
Master the full customer journey by managing online ads and tracking metrics like ROAS to ensure maximum efficiency.
Direct and produce highly engaging promotional creatives (photos and short videos) using Canva and CapCut.
MT Channel & B2B Partnerships (Offline):
Secure new listings and manage strategic relationships with major retail chains such as Hasaki, Guardian, and Watsons. Be a brand representative, building strategic relationships and being responsible for optimizing sales at various points of sale.
Negotiate for prime visibility (Gondola Ends) and oversee the deployment of high-impact POSM at physical stores.
Network Development: Identify, approach, and negotiate contracts to introduce products into new supermarket and cosmetic store chains.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, place regular orders to ensure shelves are always full and to prevent stock shortages.
Display Optimization: Negotiate priority display locations (Gondola End, main shelves) and supervise the implementation of POSM (standees, price lists) at points of sale.
Promotion Implementation: Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement activation programs, sampling, or unique promotional campaigns for each system.
Analysis & Reporting: Monitor sales periodically (weekly/monthly), analyze competitor activities, and propose effective sales promotion solutions.
Yêu cầu
Experience: 3-7 years of proven success in E-commerce,
digital marketing, or B2B sales (Leader/Senior level).
Language: Proficiency in English or Japanese (Conversational level or above) is essential.
Core Skills:
Advanced Negotiation Prowess: Proven ability to build direct relationships and negotiate terms with individual creators or business partners without intermediaries.
Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Shop, and content production tools (Canva, CapCut).
Core Mindset:
Resourceful Leadership: A proactive attitude focused on "How to make it work" with limited resources-refusing to rely on external agencies as a default.
Self-Driven PDCA: A leader who analyzes the numbers and involves management with proactive, data-backed proposals.
