About the Role
This is not a traditional content internship, and it is not a behind-the-scenes editing role.
We are looking for an intern who can become an on-camera presence for Flowmingo: someone comfortable talking to a camera, presenting ideas with personality, and turning a simple brief into a short-form video people actually want to watch.
You will create short vertical videos in TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts style for our brand, marketing, and social channels. You will often be given a reference video and a short brief, and your job is to bring your own delivery, energy, and creative ideas to it.
What you will mainly work on
Appear on camera as a presenter and recurring face for Flowmingo's brand and social content
Film, edit, and ship short vertical videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) for brand, marketing, and social media campaigns
Turn briefs, reference videos, product updates, and raw ideas into clear, engaging scripts and hooks
Suggest formats, trends, and creative angles that fit Flowmingo's voice
Support wider brand storytelling across captions, posts, and simple visual content
Review what performs, what does not, and why, then iterate quickly
Use AI tools thoughtfully to speed up research, scripting, editing, and production
You may be a fit if you:
Are confident, natural, and expressive on camera
Are comfortable presenting in English
Can shoot and edit a short vertical video on your own (phone-first is completely fine)
Understand short-form pacing: hooks, timing, captions, and retention
Can take a vague idea or a reference video and make it your own
Care about both speed and quality
Are curious about how content connects to growth, trust, and conversion
Are excited by AI and already use it to learn, create, or improve your workflow
Strong signal for us
You do not need to be a professional creator, but it is a very strong signal if you can show at least one of these:
A personal TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or YouTube account where you appear on camera
Any video where you present, explain, review, or tell a story
Content made with AI tools that still feels human and not generic
A personal project, content page, or account that reflects your initiative
