• Conduct on-site inspections of products at supplier facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document inspection results and report any discrepancies or issues to the quality assurance team.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize Microsoft Office software to maintain records and generate reports.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on quality standards and inspection techniques.
• Support the team in fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Yêu cầu
• No prior work experience is required.
• Proficiency in Chinese is mandatory; basic English skills are preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers.
• A passion for outdoor activities and a desire to contribute to the outdoor lifestyle community.
