JOB DESCRIPTION
💼 Your Role:
As a Global Influencer Marketer - Campaign Manager, you will:
Lead and manage TikTok and Instagram influencer seeding campaigns targeting US-based creators
Develop campaign concepts and oversee content execution
Communicate directly with American influencers via DM/email, guiding them from product dispatch to content creation
Utilize internal tools to track progress and share key insights with the team
Collaborate within a global squad environment (Korea, Vietnam, US) to build a scalable and impactful influencer engine
🎯 Success Metrics:
Total View Growth: Contribute to increasing video views generated by influencers
100% Campaign Completion Rate: Ensure influencer content is delivered on time
Campaign Performance: Monitor and optimize overall campaign results

REQUIREMENTS
Business-level English communication skills
