📣 We're Hiring: Recruitment Marketing Intern (Remote)

💼 About the Role
As a Recruitment Marketing Intern, you'll join our vibrant Talent Marketing team and work closely across departments to drive meaningful recruitment campaigns and employer branding. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both marketing and HR practices in the digital era.
📝 Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing recruitment marketing campaigns to attract the right candidates.
Create recruitment content and develop employer brand presence for 3 major job platforms:

Design visuals using templates for Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and websites.
Track and analyze user engagement data across platforms.
Perform basic SEO tasks under guidance.
Post job ads on various recruitment platforms.
Support in initial screening and candidate interviews.
REQUIREMENTS
🎯 What We're Looking For
Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, HR, Languages, or related fields.
Passion for communication, especially recruitment marketing.
Good content writing skills and creativity, with a youth-friendly tone of voice.
Basic knowledge of design/video tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Proactive, responsible, curious, and willing to learn.
Able to commit at least 2 months, -3-4 hours/day, 5 days/week (or flexible based on task progress).
Good English communication skills.
Own a personal laptop.
