We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our recruitment efforts, both internally and for our platform's client outsourcing needs. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless recruitment process that supports our company's growth objectives while effectively solving any challenges that arise, enhancing platform features related to HR, and managing the team to achieve company goals.
Leadership & Management:
Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring efficient handling of daily tasks and overall team performance.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of team activities, challenges, and progress, ensuring alignment with company goals.
The HR Manager should be proactive, possessing strong leadership skills that include effective communication, inclusivity, problem-solving, and the ability to create a positive work environment where team members collaborate toward the company's goals.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Lead the recruitment process for both internal roles and client outsourcing, making sure we consistently attract top candidates.
Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads), targeting diverse talent pools.
Effectively manage the entire recruitment process, including finding candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure the best selection.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.
Platform Support & Improvement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Development, AI, UI/UX) to enhance platform features related to HR and recruitment.
Provide feedback on platform performance and suggest improvements to meet the needs of both internal and external users.
HR Strategy & Operations:
Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring operational consistency and data integrity.
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
Ensure legal compliance across all HR activities, including adherence to Vietnamese labor laws.
Client & Partner Engagement:
Conduct outreach to U.S. companies to expand the client base for the hiring platform.
Provide customer support to clients using the platform, ensuring a positive user experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have
Commit to sole employment/ No 2nd Job
Minimum one year of HR experience, with a focus on in-house recruitment or headhunting services.
This is a full-time position requiring 40 working hours per week.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Nice to Have
Business proficiency in Japanese
Proficiency in Vietnamese labor laws.
HCM-based preferred
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, but it will be structured as contractor work:
Devices: You will be expected to use your own computer to perform the work.Sole Employment.
Sole Employment: No second job is permitted.
35 - 65 Mil VND Gross/Month
