JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute creation of ImaGen educational products, according to direction of ImaGen Managers and in line with ImaGen standards.
Where required, lead a team of Junior and Senior Content Creators in order to execute product creation projects.
Model ImaGen best practices and standards; provide constructive feedback and coaching to Junior and Senior Content Creators.
Monitor Junior and Senior Content Creator work for Quality Assurance; correct and modify work as needed.
Assist in the design of training sessions on areas relevant to educational product creation (trainers, teachers, teaching assistant, academic, etc.).
Keep up to date with industry and pedagogical trends.
Communicate promptly and regularly with Project Management on the progress and status of educational product creation projects.
Ensure all deliverables are met within the agreed timeframes.
Adapt to any changes and modifications to work required by ImaGen Managers.
Support, supervise or guide client's academic teams during the launch/implementation of new curriculum/products to guarantee expected standards of quality.
Attend client meetings/events, as required by ImaGen Managers.
Any other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements (Experience + Qualifications):
Master's Degree in Education or relevant fields / Licensed teacher / Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant fields.
CELTA, TEFL, TESOL or Equivalent and/or 3+ years verifiable teaching experience in a reputable institution/capacity.
1+ years curriculum development experience / experience in managing educational professionals (preferred).
IELTS 7.5+ or equivalent.
Experience with activity design and application of edutech initiatives in the classroom (preferred).
Project management, time management skills.
Powerful self-motivation to develop and produce one's best work.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
