JOB DESCRIPTION
Conceptualize and create high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations, and video content from start to finish.
Translate scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs into dynamic motion design.
Create storyboards and bring it to life
Develop compelling visual narratives for brand campaigns, promos, explainer videos, and social media.
Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, throughout the creative process.
Provide direction and mentorship to motion designers as needed.
Maintain and elevate the brand's motion language, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Stay up to date on industry trends, new tools, and techniques to keep our work cutting-edge.
Work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or a related creative field.
Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Solid understanding of animation principles, composition, and visual storytelling.
A compelling portfolio demonstrating versatility and excellence in motion design for various platforms.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with 3D animation tools like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Brand & Design studios, advertising agencies, media agencies, entertainment studios, or production studios.
Skills in sound design, editing, or compositing.
