Roles and Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you will be working closely with the Founders and Product team to build-up, improve users' experience.
Obsess over the product vision: develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for Marathon products. As part of this scope, you will write detailed (technical and non-technical) specs for developers and designers and work with them to ensure that features are delivered as requested;
Understand the competitive landscape and maintain market insights across the industry;
Be the chief hustler within Marathon, by partnering with stakeholders to review product strategy and ensure alignment;
Requirements
5+ years of Agile Product Management experience, preferably with consumer technology products in fast-paced environment;
Expertise in talking to users (both quantitatively via surveys and other analysis tools, as well as qualitatively);
Deep understanding of product performance measurements and optimization;
Experience working on GTM strategy and implementation;
Demonstrate solid experience in UX research, wire-framing, good aesthetics sense, sprint management ability;
Prior experience at a start-up / fast-growing environment highly preferred
