MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
A. Teaching responsibilities:
• Organize online English communication classes. (Class 1-6 for ages 3-7)
• Plan and implement educational activities according to the available curriculum. Teachers are encouraged to contribute ideas, modify and optimize the curriculum to suit students.
• Take care of students and interact with their parents throughout the course.
• Duration: 25 minutes/session, from 2 sessions/week
At least: 16 sessions/week
• Update, report the work as requested.
B. Other duties:
• Participate in the training process during the entire working period.
• Participate in team meetings and periodic performance reviews.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the manager.

1. Certification: Certificates in teaching English or relevant field. (Ielts, Toeic, Toefl, etc.)
2. Acquirements:
• Have previous experience as an English teacher.
• Have experience working with children.
3. Skills:
• Great pronunciation skills.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills and have the ability to inspire children to learn English.
• Good instructional skills and presentation skills.
4. Attitudes:
• Patient and comfortable working with children.
• Honest, enthusiastic, and responsible for work.
• Have a spirit of learning and self-development.
• Proactive, innovative, and creative at work.
5. Other requirements:
• Have a personal computer/laptop and participate in the training process as required.
• Have a bright, good-looking appearance.
Compensation
A. Payment
• If you teach under 64 lessons/month, you get paid 100.000 dong/lesson
• If you teach more 64 lessons/month, you get paid 150.000 dong/lesson • Course completion bonuses
• Quarterly bonuses
