JOB DESCRIPTION
• Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract online sellers in Vietnam who sell to U.S. customers, positioning our company as their trusted POD fulfillment partner.
• Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a sales team responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, driving sales growth, and meeting monthly targets.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our footprint in Vietnam, focusing on maximizing customer acquisition and retention.
• Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement to closing deals and ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, both in the U.S. and Vietnam, to ensure successful client onboarding and seamless fulfillment.
• Market Insights: Provide insights on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitors to help refine strategies and stay ahead in the POD industry.
• Partnership Building: Build relationships with online sellers, influencers, and e-commerce platforms to increase visibility and credibility for our fulfillment services.
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, or business development, ideally in the Print-on-Demand (POD) or e-commerce fulfillment industry.
• Sales Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Vietnamese e-commerce market, especially the T-shirt or apparel sector.
• Strong Communication Skills: Fluency in Vietnamese and English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Etsy, Shopee, Lazada) and tools for sales tracking and customer management.
• Work Independently: Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and under pressure.
