✈️ 1. Work Nature:
Full-time and Fully Remote
Working hours: 40+ hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8AM-6PM, break time 12PM-2PM)
Reporting Line: Marketing Manager

👩💻 3. Responsibilities:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in executing innovative digital marketing strategies, building brand presence, and driving lead generation and social media management. Your primary responsibilities include:
👉🏻 Multi-Channel Campaign Management:
Manage and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email and SMS marketing, social media, and paid media.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging assets for campaigns across channels.
👉🏻 Lead Generation and E-Commerce Management:
Design and implement advanced strategies for capturing and nurturing leads using forms, surveys, and pop-ups optimized for conversion.
Coordinate with the Media Buyer team in paid ad campaigns to ensure alignment in targeting and maximize lead generation outcomes.
Manage e-commerce tasks ensuring all campaigns align with platform-specific best practices.
👉🏻 Brand Building and Video Sales Funnels (VSL):
Build clients' branding through creative initiatives, including the development of Video Sales Letters (VSL).
Collaborate with content creators to ensure branding consistency across all channels.
👉🏻 Automation Workflows:
Manage email marketing and automation workflows using Klaviyo or Mailchimp to ensure effective campaign delivery and audience segmentation.
Build adaptive workflows triggered by customer actions, integrating with third-party tools to enhance functionality and efficiency.
Optimize automation workflows to reduce manual processes and increase operational efficiency.
👉🏻 Landing Page Optimization:
Conduct A/B testing and heatmap analysis to improve landing page performance.
Work with UI/UX designers to create high-converting landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
👉🏻 Reporting and Analysis:
Generate, analyze, and report on marketing campaigns and social media management, providing actionable insights.
Create dynamic dashboards for real-time performance monitoring across channels.
👉🏻 Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Manage social media calendars and collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
👉🏻 Experimentation:
Run experimental campaigns to identify new marketing opportunities and emerging trends.
📈 4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Campaign Performance Metrics:
Lead generation and conversion rates.
Cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
Email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
Landing Page Metrics:
Traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates.
Time spent on pages and form completion rates.
Social Media Metrics:
Engagement rates, follower growth, and reach on social platforms.
Effectiveness of social media campaigns in driving traffic and conversions.
Branding Metrics:
Success of Video Sales Funnels (VSL) initiatives in driving awareness and conversions.
Consistency and quality of branding efforts across campaigns.
🌋 5. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3-4 years of digital marketing experience, focusing on CRM management (preferably GoHighLevel).
Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and lead generation.
Proficiency in using GoHighLevel, Urable, and other relevant marketing tools.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice to have:
Experience with integration tools such as Zapier or [protected info]
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
