Mid/Senior Designer - Brand & Digital Design

About the Role
We're looking for a Mid/Senior Designer with a strategic, brand-led mindset who thrives in both structured and flexible creative environments. This role requires someone with strong visual storytelling skills, a research-driven approach, and the ability to develop compelling brand identities. You'll be working across two distinct areas:
Social Media & Digital Content - Designing engaging, on-brand creative assets for a highly visual, lifestyle-driven travel and content brand. This means balancing existing guidelines with fresh, creative approaches, crafting dynamic campaigns, templates, and visuals that shape how stories are told across social media and websites.
Brand & Marketing Consultancy - Developing strategic brand identities, visual guidelines, and campaign designs for private clients across F&B, travel, transportation, and professional services in Vietnam and abroad. You'll research, analyze competitors, and define a brand's visual world, crafting everything from logos to full brand systems.
This is not just a production role-we need someone who can think, ideate, and build strong creative narratives that push both brand and content marketing forward.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity & Visual Strategy: Develop strategic brand identities including logos, color palettes, typography, and full visual guidelines.
Research & POV: Conduct competitor analysis and research-driven design to make informed recommendations on brand positioning and identity.
Marketing & Campaign Design: Create digital and print assets for brand launches, advertising, and marketing initiatives.
Social Media & Digital Design: Develop scroll-stopping visuals, templates, and campaign ideas tailored for Instagram, websites, and email marketing.
Creative Storytelling: Design assets that balance pacing, messaging, and narrative structure across different platforms.
Collaboration: Work with strategists, content creators, and marketers to ensure a cohesive visual language.
REQUIREMENTS

Branding Experience - Portfolio showcasing brand identity design, guidelines, and visual systems (not just social media graphics).
Art Direction Across Channels - You can guide the look and feel of a campaign from start to finish-balancing consistency, innovation, and storytelling across print, digital, and social.
Ideas-Forward Thinking - You're not just here to make things look good-you bring fresh, strategic ideas to the table and collaborate across teams to push creative boundaries.
Social Media & Digital Design Savvy - You understand visual trends, formats, and how to create thumb-stopping content that aligns with brand tone and performs on platforms.
Creative Problem-Solving - Whether you're working within tight brand parameters or a completely open brief, you know how to concept, adapt, and elevate the visual story.
Tools of the Trade - You're fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and whatever else helps you bring ideas to life beautifully and efficiently.
Bilingual Communication - Comfortable working in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to translate ideas across language and culture.
Time Conscious - Ensuring projects stay on schedule and deadlines are met
