REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Liberal Arts degree preferred
Working experience: min.1 years of experience in Digital PR, Communications, and Online Based Content or a similar role for the VN market
Advanced or Fluent level of English and excellent communication skills (written and verbal) including presentation and speaking skills
Dedication, goal-oriented and ability to manage teams to meet strict deadlines
Demonstrate an ability to thrive in a highly visible fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, possess the love of content advertising and finding new unexpected ways to organically tell the story of the brand/product
Be extremely well organized: to-do lists, sheets, automated reports, project management software, knowledge of Google G-Suite, Google Analytics, and Social Media or the ability to learn very fast, critical eye and strive for excellence in everything created
High level of independence and responsibility for achieving results
Result-driven and with a high level of motivation and persistence
Occasional national and international travel may be required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan & execute influence content marketing for the Vietnam market to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
Brief & manage influencers to deliver compelling and engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, to deliver unique product benefits and aligned with the brand's tone and objectives
Research various content advertising options, negotiate the best terms for the company, and ensure cost-effectiveness
Build good relationships with
content creators (influencers) and establish our brand as top of mind best partner for them to work with
Explore new and relevant content creators to drive new audiences/ customers for the brand
Understand Vietnam social media platform dynamics, competitor best practices, apply local insight to content marketing
Support local campaigns in the field of content advertising, online reputation management
Protect the online reputation of products by ensuring the audience sees a positive impact.
Evaluate queries coming in from team members, market managers
Support the market team members in administrational tasks
Track, and record everything that is done
All other activities according to the Supervisor's request in behalf of job position requirements
